AWE Plc is currently recruiting for a Senior Administrative Assistant to support the Liabilities function.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and motivated individual to provide administrative support to the team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of leadership, regulatory, customer and/or technical meetings.

About the Role:

You will be working closely with key stakeholders and meeting contributors to ensure meeting packs and outputs are well informed and accurate. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end coordination of leadership, regulatory, customer and/or technical meetings.
  • Structural review and formatting of senior board papers and communications.
  • Consulting with key stakeholders and meeting contributors to ensure meeting packs and outputs are well informed and accurate.

Requirements:

  • A Level or equivalent qualification or equivalent on-the-job experience in a comparable field.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and experience of managing multiple tasks and stakeholders at any one time.
