Senior Decommissioning Engineer

Salary Range: £40,000 - £60,000 (dependent on experience)

About the Job:

AWE Plc requires a Senior Decommissioning Engineer to oversee the planning and execution of decommissioning construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of nuclear construction principles and practices, with expertise in managing complex construction projects.

The role involves providing senior-level guidance on the implementation of SSOW/RAMS/Risk Assessments and quality control processes. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Supervision of installation works by Contractors, ensuring adherence to specified quality standards.
  2. Preparation and review of construction health and safety information.
  3. Guidance on quality control processes and SSOW/RAMS/Risk Assessments.
