Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Leadership Talent Management Specialist to join our team at AWE Plc.

The role will involve leading the development and implementation of strategies to enhance organisational performance and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be based in RG7 4PR, a location that offers easy access to both Reading and Basingstoke, with free onsite parking available.

Estimated salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
