AWE Plc seeks a skilled Construction Leadership Specialist to lead and develop a team of construction managers. This role involves providing direction, focus, and coaching to team members while understanding business requirements to deliver technical capability. The ideal candidate has experience operating in the engineering/construction management/build environment field, strong analytical skills, and ability to produce reports and interrogate data.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of construction managers.
  • Provide direction and focus for team members.
  • Understand business requirements to deliver technical capability.

Requirements:
  • Degree in an engineering, construction, or resource/human resource management discipline.
  • Experience operating within the Engineering/Construction Management/Build Environment field.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to produce reports and comfortable interrogating data.
