We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Secretariat/Author to join our Liabilities function, providing support for leadership, regulatory, customer, and technical meetings.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, with experience of managing multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure effective coordination of meetings, including notification, planning, and follow-up activities.
  • Review and edit senior board papers and communications to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and contributors to ensure meeting packs and outputs meet company standards.

Requirements:

  • A Level or equivalent qualification, or relevant on-the-job experience in a comparable field.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with experience of managing multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
