**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Senior Support Practitioner to join our team at Fir Tree Lodge in Tadley, Hampshire. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning and physical disabilities, sight loss, complex health conditions, including epilepsy, cerebral palsy, and autism.

**Your Responsibilities**

  • Provide direct support to individuals displaying challenging behaviors, enabling them to participate in a wide range of activities
  • Ensure good working practices, understanding and awareness of health and safety
  • Promote independence and develop skills while assisting with all tasks necessary to ensure positive life experiences
  • Work positively with other agencies, parents, carers, and other services to ensure person-centred care for the people we support
  • Develop and contribute to the maintenance of records and support plans and function as a Key worker when required
  • Support our people to maintain a clean-living environment appropriate to meet their individual needs
  • Participate in regular and ongoing training relevant to everyone's needs
