AWE Plc is seeking a Senior Facility Manager to deliver professional engineering services for asset upkeep and equipment.

Job Summary:

As a Senior Facility Manager at AWE Plc, you will be responsible for applying field and technical knowledge for facility systems and structures throughout the asset's life cycle.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Interpret and deliver complex task requirements, making evidence-based decisions to solve technical problems.
  2. Lead engineers in delivering innovative solutions to complex engineering problems.
  3. Identify and manage risks from engineered system and structure conditions.
  4. Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance in a highly regulated environment, including Safe Systems of Work (SSoW).
  5. Engage with company delivery and administrative requirements, supporting performance management and team progress.
  6. Undertake roles such as Appointed Person and Asset Change Manager, where appropriate.

Desirable Experience:

Leading engineering delivery in infrastructure facilities for regulatory industries like oil & gas, rail, aerospace, or chemical & explosive. Facility engineering and maintenance services throughout an asset's life cycle. Electrical building services: LV/HV, HVAC, small power and lighting, lightning protection, ATEX, UPS, etc.
