Human Capital Manager

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. They should also possess proven experience in people operations, programme management, governance, and executive reporting. Additionally, they must have highly effective project management, planning and organizing skills, using a methodical and analytical approach and a robust approach towards time and resource management.
Responsibilities:
* Define and maintain the People strategy programme
* Track and report on progress, key performance indicators (KPIs), financial metrics and identify and mitigate risks, and proactively address issues
* Collaborate with the People Insights team, TA to Chief People & Places Officer (CPPO) and Finance and enterprise Portfolio Management stakeholders, produce timely and high-quality reports to meet People Director and CPPO requirements, intended for a range of audiences including board level
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within People & Places function, across the enterprise, and where appropriate with external parties
