About the Role

As a People Operations Manager at AWE Plc, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of our business objectives through effective HR practices.

Location: Our office is situated between Reading and Basingstoke, offering easy access to major transport links and free onsite parking.

We offer a competitive salary depending on experience, along with standard company benefits.

The working pattern is a 9-day fortnight, providing flexibility to balance work and personal life. We welcome requests for flexible working arrangements to suit individual needs.
