AWE Plc is seeking an experienced Instrumentation Expertise Developer to join a team responsible for inspiring and leading apprentices to successful Control and Instrumentation (C&I) careers.

C&I engineers play a crucial role in providing maintenance, installation, and design of C&I systems. This position requires strong technical knowledge and ability to train others in C&I best practices.

We are looking for an expert who can develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for our apprentices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in C&I engineering and excellent communication skills to effectively train others.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
