Process Optimization Specialist

AWE Plc seeks an experienced Process Optimization Specialist to lead and inspire apprentices in the design, installation, and maintenance of Control and Instrumentation (C&I) systems.
This critical role requires strong technical knowledge and the ability to effectively train and mentor individuals in C&I principles and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and delivery of C&I training programs
- Mentoring and coaching of apprentices
- Collaboration with subject matter experts to ensure curriculum relevance
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in C&I industry
- Strong understanding of relevant technologies and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $125,000 per year. AWE Plc offers a competitive benefits package.
