About the Opportunity

AWE Plc is seeking a Pulsed Energy Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing pulsed power systems, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop pulsed power systems, including high-voltage components and radiofrequency technologies.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Collaborate with other engineers to maintain and improve existing systems, identifying areas for optimization and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in pulsed power system design and development, preferably in a industrial or research setting.
  • Strong understanding of electrical safety principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
