Job Summary:
AWE Plc is recruiting for an Asset Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Programme team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing asset management strategies to support the delivery of the Programme.

Your main responsibilities will include analyzing asset performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and developing plans to optimize asset utilization. You will also work closely with stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that they are kept informed throughout the asset management process.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively. Experience of working in a similar role and knowledge of engineering principles and practices would be advantageous.

  • Develop and implement asset management strategies.
  • Optimize asset utilization.

Requirements:
  • BSc/MEng in an engineering discipline or related field.
  • Experience of working in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of engineering principles and practices.

Salary: £47,690 - £69,000 (dependent on experience).

Location: Aldermaston, Berkshire.
