Training Response Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Training Response Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development of future requirements for the operational response capability.
Key Accountabilities:
- Supports the development of future requirements for the operational response capability.
- Adhere to all NTR standards, policies, and processes.
- Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security and quality and be a great team player.
- Required to undertake learning needs analysis, design, development, delivery and review of learning interventions that support the acquisition of appropriate competencies for the NTR and relevant emergency response personnel (both internal and external to AWE).
The location of this role allows for flexible working arrangements and includes free onsite parking. Requirements:
- Qualifications equivalent to membership, or working towards membership, of a professional body or equivalent experience
- A fundamental awareness of how a Learning Management System operates
- Training delivery using a variety of styles and techniques.
- Experience of designing and implementing e-learning
