At TikTok, we're looking for a seasoned Strategy Operations Manager to lead the onboarding process for merchants in EMEA. This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of experience in strategy operations, particularly in the merchant or commercial vertical.

Job Description:

  • Design an optimal onboarding journey for merchants, leveraging data and user research to understand sellers' profiles, operational pain points, and the root causes of issues that affect sellers' business performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, policy, and logistics, to drive seller onboarding strategy.
  • Identify issues, develop hypotheses, execute analysis, and provide solutions to optimize the onboarding process in EMEA.
  • Formulate and implement the right Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) by consolidating policies, data, and driving go-to-market strategies across stakeholders.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in strategy operations related roles, preferably in the merchant or commercial vertical.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, with a strong preference for dashboard building, simple modeling, SQL, and Python-related experience.

Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
