About the Position

We are seeking a dynamic Market Development Director to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our commercial development and management group, you will be responsible for driving the growth of Crayola in new and existing markets within the EMEA region.

Your focus will be on crafting and executing strategies that drive commercial success, optimize resources, and contribute to sustainable business growth. You will work closely with our Business Development Manager and General Manager to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities across core and under-developed markets.

You will be accountable for the P&L, revenue generation, and channel development for your assigned and prospective indirect markets. Your goal will be to maximize brand growth by overcoming challenges and seizing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Market Growth: Collaborate with internal teams and distributor partners to design and execute trade channel strategies, including direct sales, distribution networks, and licensing initiatives.
  • Channel and Account Management: Partner with internal teams and distributor partners to maximize brand growth by overcoming challenges and seizing opportunities.
  • Operational Excellence: Provide best-in-class planning, communication, analysis, and reporting across all EMEA indirect markets.

$85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits package.
