About You

We are seeking a seasoned marketing leader to spearhead our marketing initiatives across EMEA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in senior regional marketing leadership roles, preferably within B2B enterprise or Account-Based Marketing (ABM) environments.

This role offers the opportunity to craft and execute innovative, multi-channel marketing programs that fuel revenue growth, elevate brand presence, and accelerate customer acquisition. You will work closely with senior executives and regional commercial leaders to ensure alignment and drive the success of high-priority initiatives across the EMEA region.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of region-specific marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, achieve bookings targets, and establish a dominant market position.
  • Collaborate with senior executives and regional commercial leaders to define and achieve high-impact go-to-market strategies and goals.
  • Oversee the execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns, including brand awareness, demand generation, customer engagement, and sales enablement programs.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing regional marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, ensuring marketing-driven bookings and pipeline growth while maintaining program delivery within scope, on time, and on budget.
  • Leverage market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer data to identify emerging opportunities and continuously refine marketing strategies for maximum impact.
