Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Curriculum and Safeguarding Specialist to join our leadership team in Meldreth, responsible for managing safeguarding issues on and off site. As a senior leader, you will provide support to staff and students in positive behaviour management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop improvement strategies for individual and site practice
  • Implement attendance policies
  • Provide rapid response to staff
  • Monitor students out of class
  • Provide behaviour and safeguarding training to staff

You will also liaise with parents, provide support to students, and ensure compliance with educational visits.

Requirements:
  • GCSE in English & Maths
  • DSL training level 3 or above
  • Experience working as a DSL
  • Proven track record of excellent pastoral interventions
  • Leadership experience
  • Effective communication skills

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
