**We are seeking a visionary leader of Full Time Curriculum** (young people) in order to achieve the College's objectives by supporting the strategic and operational leadership and the development of teaching, learning and assessment across the Directorate.

This role is pivotal to ensure high quality leadership and management in accordance with the College's Mission, Vision and Values.

You will be responsible for helping to ensure year-on-year improvements in outcomes for student across the Directorate, including retention and achievement, and progression.

You will be responsible for supporting improvements across the Directorate in behaviour and values of students and enhancing the student experience via competition and enrichment opportunities.

Evidence of leading a team to achieve results and a proven record of meeting and exceeding targets for recruitment, retention and student results, across a number areas are critical for this role.
