Job Description:

The role of the Adult Safeguarding Specialist involves providing professional leadership and guidance in complex case arrangements, particularly where risk, complexity, and safety are involved. As a key member of our team at Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, you will be responsible for completing support planning with service users to ensure that desired outcomes are achieved within established budgetary constraints. Your expertise and knowledge in specialist social work practice will enable you to make independent decisions, contributing to the development of integrated services and policy.

Key responsibilities include:
• Preparing written and verbal reports for legal purposes, including courts and other judicial proceedings.
• Collaborating with colleagues to promote service user empowerment, recognizing diversity and anti-discriminatory practices.

Required qualifications and skills include:
• A professional Social Work qualification or equivalent.
