Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking an exceptional professional to fill the role of Professional Lead for Adult Protection. As a senior member of our team, you will provide strategic leadership and guidance in adult protection, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for vulnerable adults. Your expertise in social work practice and complex case management will enable you to develop and implement effective strategies, working closely with service users, families, and other stakeholders.

Main responsibilities include:
• Developing and implementing comprehensive adult protection policies and procedures.
• Providing expert advice and guidance to colleagues and other professionals on complex adult safeguarding issues.
• Leading training and development initiatives to enhance staff knowledge and skills in adult protection.

Qualifications and skills required:
• A relevant Social Work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in complex case management, adult safeguarding, or a related field.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

Estimated salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum.
