Join us as a seasoned Social Care Professional to contribute to our established Adults service based in Cambridge
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity to bring your expertise in supporting vulnerable adults to our dynamic team. You will be responsible for providing professional leadership, completing support plans, identifying and taking a lead on safeguarding issues, and creating detailed reports for legal proceedings.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive support plans tailored to individual needs, ensuring effective use of resources.
- Leverage your expertise to identify and mitigate potential risks, promoting a safe environment for service users.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop strategies to address complex issues, upholding the rights and dignity of all individuals involved.
- Maintain accurate and informative records, preparing high-quality reports for court proceedings and other official purposes.
Requirements:
- Valid degree in social work or related field
- Active Social Work England registration
- At least 2 years of direct experience in Adults Services, preferably in leadership or specialist roles
