Public Health Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Public Health Specialist to join our team at Adult Social Care. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Public Health and other consultant colleagues to improve the health and wellbeing of residents in Cambridgeshire.
The postholder will lead on improving health and wellbeing outcomes for older people, people with learning disabilities, and public mental health. They will work at a population level across prevention and care services, commissioning and working with partner organisations to improve outcomes.
The postholder will also lead specialist public health input to the work of the Adult Social Care Directorate and associated commissioning, including research evidence, innovative models, and evaluation.
