About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Curriculum Development and Education Reform Specialist to join our team at Cambridge University Press & Assessment. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative education reform projects across multiple countries, shaping impactful curricula and support materials for learners aged 3-19.

Role Overview

This role sits within the Curriculum Programmes team, where you will work on developing educational content that supports the learning needs of diverse groups of learners. Your expertise in curriculum development will enable you to design and implement high-quality educational materials, working closely with schools, national bodies, and other stakeholders.

The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will have a strong background in education, curriculum development, and project management. You will be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, communicating effectively with colleagues, partners, and customers to deliver high-quality outcomes. A deep understanding of the education sector and its challenges will be essential, as well as excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project planning skills.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement curriculum frameworks, resources, and assessments that meet the needs of learners aged 3-19
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and deliver educational projects, including curriculum developers, subject matter experts, and teachers
- Conduct research and analysis to inform curriculum development, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry trends
- Work with the Curriculum Programmes team to develop and maintain relationships with schools, national bodies, and other education stakeholders
