Curriculum Developer

About the Role:
Darktrace is seeking a skilled Curriculum Developer to join our team in Cambridge or London. As a key member of our Curriculum Development team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for customers and partners within Darktrace Academy.
This is a multilingual position that requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to navigate the complexities of different technical training programs. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as they will interact with various internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for customers and partners within Darktrace Academy
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure training programs meet customer needs
- Design and develop instructional materials, including training manuals, presentations, and quizzes
- Work with the training team to produce high-quality on-demand training content for the Darktrace Academy
- Teach Darktrace courses both virtually and in-person for public and private deliveries
- Assist with foreign languages support and translations
- Identify and implement continuous improvement in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Requirements:
- University degree in a technical subject, such as engineering, computer science, physics, or mathematics
- Proficiency in one or more European languages, such as German, French, Spanish, or Portuguese
- Proven experience in training and/or curriculum development in a technical capacity
- Qualifications in teaching, such as a PGCE
- Experience with industry-standard content development tools, such as Adobe Suite
