Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Air Conditioning & Refrigeration sales and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate Revenue through tendering for Projects
- Winning new business and customers through a range of techniques
- Managing key accounts and developing existing relationships
- Travelling to customer sites throughout Hampshire and neighbouring counties
Requirements:
- Evidence of progressive leadership experience in the HVAC industry or a related field
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, technologies, and industry best practices
- Strong technical understanding of environmental control systems and their applications in various sectors
- Excellent technical knowledge of design and estimating HVAC systems
- Proven track record in driving business growth and revenue generation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of professionals
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Benefits:
- £65,000-75,000 per annum
