- Develop and Execute Business Strategies: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Qualify and Close Deals: Conduct thorough research and analysis to qualify new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and close deals to meet sales targets.

About You:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in the Care industry, with a strong background in sales and marketing.

- CRM Experience: Experience using CRM software to manage sales pipeline, track customer interactions, and analyze sales performance.
- Business Development Qualification: Equivalent experience or qualification in business development, with a strong understanding of business procurement principles and practices.
- Sales and Negotiation Skills: Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and close deals.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Customer Service: Commitment to providing excellent customer service, with a strong focus on building strong relationships with clients and delivering high-quality results.
Requirements:
- Business Development Experience: 1 year of experience in business development, preferably in the Care industry.
- Healthcare Experience: 1 year of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in business development or sales.
- Driving Licence: A valid driving licence is preferred, but not required.
