Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Execute Business Strategies: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  2. Qualify and Close Deals: Conduct thorough research and analysis to qualify new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and close deals to meet sales targets.
  3. Manage Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to retain and grow client base.
  4. Track and Report Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to management on sales progress and areas for improvement.

About You:

  1. Experience: 5+ years of experience in the Care industry, with a strong background in sales and marketing.
  2. Sales and Marketing Background: Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of business development principles and practices.
  3. CRM Experience: Experience using CRM software to manage sales pipeline, track customer interactions, and analyze sales performance.
  4. Business Development Qualification: Equivalent experience or qualification in business development, with a strong understanding of business procurement principles and practices.
  5. Sales and Negotiation Skills: Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and close deals.
  6. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Customer Service: Commitment to providing excellent customer service, with a strong focus on building strong relationships with clients and delivering high-quality results.

Requirements:

  1. Business Development Experience: 1 year of experience in business development, preferably in the Care industry.
  2. Healthcare Experience: 1 year of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in business development or sales.
  3. Driving Licence: A valid driving licence is preferred, but not required.
