Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Utilize your extensive network and market knowledge to identify potential clients and generate leads.
  • Establish Strong Relationships: Build and maintain long-term business relationships with potential clients, providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Achieve clear sales targets and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with your manager to define target markets and develop strategies to achieve sales growth.
  • Reporting: Produce monthly sales and growth reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record of successfully generating new business and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong Negotiation and Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and suppliers.
  • Industry Knowledge: Current knowledge of industry market trends and a strong understanding of the Health & Safety Workwear and PPE industry.
  • Self-Driven and Target-Oriented: A self-driven and target-oriented individual who thrives in a performance-driven culture.
  • Established Network: An established network of industry contacts and potential clients would be advantageous.
