Trade Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wholesale Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at Field Sales Solutions. As a Wholesale Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key customers, driving sales growth, and increasing brand visibility in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visiting assigned Cash & Carry depots to build best-in-class relationships and increase brand presence.
- Using sales data to approach key decision-makers and effectively engage and influence areas such as listings and orders.
- Identifying new opportunities in depots to increase brand presence and drive sales growth.
Requirements:
- Advocate for the Ferrero brand portfolio.
- Business development skills with a focus on customer relationship building.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
- Ability to think strategically and analyze data.
- Proven record of demonstrating initiative and delivering results.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen.
