Sales Manager Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a new customer base through proactive sales efforts
  • Promote company products and solutions to existing and potential customers
  • Visit customers to introduce product ranges and arrange training sessions as needed
  • Manage and update leads database to ensure effective sales tracking
  • Support company promotions and exhibitions to increase brand visibility
  • Provide weekly sales reports to stakeholders
  • Travel as required to destinations such as the United States, Europe, and the Middle East
Sales Manager Position Requirements

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • Technical background with at least 3 years' experience in selling wastewater solutions
  • Proven record of sales growth and success in a similar industry
  • Previous experience selling into water companies and industrial markets, including pharmaceutical, food and drink, and green processing
  • Experience and proficiency in developing and winning new business
  • Qualified in Business Administration and/or Engineering
  • Experience working within ISO9001, ISO19001, and ISO18001
  • Full driver's license and valid passport
  • Based within a commutable distance of Southampton
Sales Manager Position Remuneration

Competitive Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary: £70,000 - £100,000 DOE
  • 37.5 hours Monday - Friday
  • 31 days holiday inclusive of public holidays
