**Job Description:** Teaching Assistant for SEN Students

**Location:** Oxford, UK

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support the teacher in delivering lessons and managing classrooms.
  • Assist students with their academic and personal needs, providing individualised support when required.
  • Help to prepare teaching materials and resources, ensuring a engaging and effective learning experience.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure consistent support and communication.

**Essential Requirements:**

  • A degree in Education or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A competitive salary of approximately £20,000-£25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
