Aspiring Therapist and SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and caring Graduate to join our team as a SEN Teaching Assistant in a specialist school for children with Social and Emotional Mental Health Needs. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Psychology, Counselling, or Criminology, and possess the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
In this role, you will provide academic and emotional support to students with varying needs, working collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to develop tailored learning plans. You will also assist with classroom management and maintain a safe learning environment.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Psychology, Counselling, or Criminology (or related field)
- Level 3 qualifications+
- Experience working with SEN children and/or adults
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
