Academics Ltd is seeking a dedicated Psychology Graduate to join their team as a SEN Teaching Assistant in a Trauma/Mental Health School in Oxford.

Job Responsibilities

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing consistent, ongoing support to children aged 5-11. This will involve working closely with therapists and psychologists to develop and implement tailored support plans, and using your expertise to promote the emotional and social well-being of our students.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of complex learning disabilities and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A degree in Psychology or a related field is desirable, but not essential. Level 3 qualifications+ are also required. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for supporting children with complex needs.

This role offers a competitive salary of £80-£95 per day, plus the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
