Psychology Graduate SEN TA

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Psychology Graduate to join our team as a SEN Teaching Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with experienced teachers and therapists to provide support to students with special educational needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting students with special educational needs in academic and personal settings
- Developing and implementing individualized learning plans
- Collaborating with other professionals to develop and implement behavior plans
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A degree in Psychology or a related field
- Level 3 qualifications (or equivalent)
- Experience working with children or young adults with special educational needs
We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
