We are seeking a highly motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team, providing one-to-one support to students aged 5-11. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Psychology Graduate to gain valuable experience working with children who have experienced trauma and adversity.


The successful candidate will work closely with our therapists and psychologists to deliver tailored support packages that meet the unique needs of each student. They will also assist with lesson planning and delivery, ensuring that students receive a high-quality education.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing one-to-one support to students with complex mental health needs.
  • Working closely with therapists and psychologists to develop and deliver tailored support packages.
  • Assisting with lesson planning and delivery, ensuring that students receive a high-quality education.
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and development.

Requirements:
