This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a Psychology background or relevant experience to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people. As a teaching assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with social, emotional, and mental health needs, communication difficulties, ADHD, and complex learning needs.

Key Features:
• Full-time position available, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm
• Competitive daily rate of £83-95
• Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team
• Chance to develop your skills and expertise in a specialist SEN setting

Responsibilities:
• Supporting students with complex needs in a primary and secondary SEN school setting
• Working collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to develop individualized learning plans
• Providing therapeutic support and promoting positive behavior management techniques
• Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with parents and carers

Requirements:
• Psychology graduate or relevant qualification
• Experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Commitment to providing high-quality support to vulnerable children
