Graduate Teaching Assistant for Neurodiverse Pupils

As a Teaching Assistant at CV-Library's specialist school in Oxford, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with Autism and learning disabilities. This rewarding position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children aged 3-11.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Support students in achieving their academic goals, while promoting interpersonal and life skills
- Work closely with Teachers and Support Staff to develop effective behaviour management strategies
- Contribute to speech and language therapy, visual aid implementation, and Makaton training
Successful applicants will be enthusiastic Psychology or Criminology Graduates looking to leverage their skills and passion to support vulnerable children. This opportunity provides hands-on experience working with special needs, neurodiversity, and mental health challenges.

Salary: £85 per hour (approximately £17,000 per annum)
