SEN Teaching Assistant Opportunity

Job Description
We are seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to work at our outstanding specialist school in Oxford. The school supports children with Social and Emotional Mental Health Needs.
The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in Psychology, Counselling, or Criminology and be able to provide consistent, ongoing support to ensure the highest quality of care and child-centred support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting children with Mental Health issues and Complex Needs
- Working alongside trained therapists, counsellors, and psychologists
- Providing consistent, ongoing support to ensure the highest quality of care and child-centred support
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in Psychology, Counselling, or Criminology (or similar field)
- Experience working with SEN children and/or adults (desirable)
- Level 3 qualifications+ and Degree qualification (desirable)
Salary: £85-£95 per day, Full-time Mon-Fri 8.30am to 4pm
About the Role
This role requires a proactive and adaptable individual who can use their own initiative and have resilience and confidence to work with challenging behaviour.
