Academics Ltd is seeking a highly skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Oxford.
This role offers an exceptional opportunity for Psychology Graduates or similar field professionals to gain experience working with Complex Learning Disabilities and make a lasting impact on the lives of our students.
Job Description:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide individualised support to our students with Autism, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and education.
You will work closely with our experienced teaching staff and therapy teams to develop and implement tailored support plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with Autism and Complex Learning Disabilities in a specialist school setting
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualised support plans
- Work collaboratively with the therapy teams to deliver high-quality support
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualifications+ (Degree preferred)
- Experience working with SEN children and/or adults in any setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work proactively and adapt to changing situations
Salary: £75-85 per day, full-time Mon-Fri 8:30am-4pm
