**Role Summary**

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Teaching Assistant for students with SEN in Oxford. As a dedicated and compassionate individual, you will play a vital role in providing individualized support to students, ensuring their engagement and participation in learning activities.

**Responsibilities**

  • Support students with SEN in the classroom, including those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), dyslexia, and speech and language difficulties
  • Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to assess student progress and adapt support strategies accordingly

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable
  • A compassionate and patient approach to supporting students with diverse needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary and Benefits**

  • An estimated salary of £29,000 - £33,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications
