About the Role:

Teaching Personnel is seeking an experienced Academic Support Specialist to join our team and provide individualized academic support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Responsibilities:
  • Create personalized learning plans to address the unique needs of each student.
  • Design and deliver engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and promote cognitive growth.
  • Maintain regular progress assessments and adjust teaching strategies to optimize student outcomes.
  • Foster strong relationships with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive support approach.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring students with SEN, with expertise in adapting teaching strategies.
  • Understanding of SEN policies and best practices to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with school staff and parents.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage part-time hours and flexible schedules.
Salary and Benefits:
