SEN Learning Facilitator

We are seeking an experienced SEN Tutor to join our team at Prospero Teaching. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering 1:1 tailored lessons to support pupils with special educational needs.
Your role will involve working closely with pupils, parents, and teachers to develop and implement effective strategies for improving attainment levels and promoting engagement in education. You will also be responsible for providing regular weekly reports to monitor progress and ensure seamless transitions.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and structured lesson plans to meet individual pupil needs.
- Provide support and guidance to pupils, helping them to overcome challenges and build confidence.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure high-quality teaching.
- Hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Have UK classroom teaching experience, preferably working with pupils who exhibit challenging behaviour and disengagement.
