Role Overview: Teaching Personnel is seeking an experienced SEN Tutor to join our team. As an SEN Tutor, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in their academic studies. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and guidance to these students, helping them to achieve their full potential.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience working with students with SEN.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to design and implement tailored learning plans.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
  • At least two years of experience in teaching or tutoring students with SEN.

Salary and Package: The successful candidate will receive a salary between £25,000 and £35,000 per annum. We also offer flexible scheduling, part-time hours, and a supportive working environment. Additionally, we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you grow in your role.
