Job Description:

As a SEN Teaching Assistant Specialist at Academics Ltd, you will be working closely with teachers to provide support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the learner's academic journey.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support learners with SEMH and SEN needs in a 1:1 or small group setting.
  2. Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learner needs, incorporating patience and empathy.
  3. Collaborate with teachers to develop personalized learning plans.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with learners who have SEN needs.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students achieve their full potential.

Salary: £40 per hour
