Job Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Compensation and Employee Rewards Director to lead our benefits strategy. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive global benefits programme that supports our business objectives and enhances employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop a compensation and rewards strategy that aligns with our business goals and boosts employee engagement.
  2. Design and implement benefits policies that comply with local regulations and adhere to global standards.
  3. Build and manage relationships with benefits vendors and brokers to ensure optimal service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  4. Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to ensure our benefits packages remain competitive in all markets.
  5. Administer Productmanagers' global employee benefits programmes, including health, retirement, and flex benefits.
  6. Use data analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of benefits programs and recommend improvements.

Requirements:
  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Human Resources, Business Administration).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in benefits administration or management.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective benefits strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cultures and geographies.

Estimated Salary: $95,100 per year
