Facilities Coordinator

GVM is seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join our UK team. As a key member of the Facilities team, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our Harwell office.
This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in facilities management, customer service, and administrative support.
About the Role:- Be responsible for managing all office-related matters, including facilities, maintenance, and administrative tasks
- Ensure that the office is well-maintained and presentable for staff and visitors
- Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Support the Facilities Manager in ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Salary Range: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
