Job Description

The Facilities Operations team at MP Jobs Ltd t/a MP Recruitment Group is responsible for the day-to-day management of our campus, delivering high quality services that support our operations. This includes managing infrastructure, facilities, and hospitality services.

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an individual who can work closely with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional support to our team members and stakeholders
  • Coordinating and managing suppliers and contractors to ensure high quality services
  • Maintaining accurate records and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Developing and implementing effective solutions to maintain a safe and healthy work environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well within a team and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • A high level of computer literacy and numeracy
