About the Role

We're looking for a talented Sales Specialist to join our team in the UK, focusing on Laparoscopic medical devices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a good understanding of clinical procedures, and strong influencing skills.

You will be responsible for promoting our innovative products to secondary care stakeholders, including consultants, operating theatre managers, and procurement teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional to grow their career in the dynamic field of MedTech.

The successful candidate will have a keen interest or hands-on experience in clinical procedures and product knowledge, as well as proficiency with sales tools.

Key Accountabilities
  • Sales Performance: Drive sales success by meeting and exceeding targets, focusing on territories in Oxfordshire, Reading, Swindon, and Bristol.
  • Territory Development: Develop strategic plans to grow market presence and identify high-value opportunities.
  • Customer Relationships: Build lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and presenting solutions that highlight our brand's value.
  • Market Intelligence: Use data and account strategies to understand customer needs and drive sales initiatives.
Requirements
  • Sales Experience: Prior medical devices sales experience, with preference for previous laparoscopic device experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with sales tools to effectively manage and track progress.
  • Clinical Knowledge: Good understanding of clinical procedures and product knowledge.
  • Influencing Skills: Strong influencing and consulting skills, setting apart building trust and partnerships.
