Job Opportunity: Sales Professional - Medical Devices

IQVIA is seeking an experienced Sales Professional to lead the sales of Laparoscopic medical devices, focusing on Oxfordshire, Reading, Swindon, and Bristol.

This role requires a driven sales professional with prior experience in medical devices and operating theatre settings, aiming to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market presence and capture new business opportunities.
  2. Brief and train internal teams to promote MedTech products to key stakeholders.
  3. Drive sales growth through effective relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain market leadership.
Requirements:
  • Strong sales expertise and knowledge of the medical device industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Estimated salary range £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
