Role OverviewAs a Sales Professional for MedTech Industry, you will play a critical role in driving sales success in the laparoscopic medical devices market. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, staying ahead of the competition, and making a real impact on patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Meet and exceed sales targets by showcasing our innovative MedTech products to key stakeholders in secondary care, including consultants, operating theatre managers, and procurement.
- Take charge of your own territory, identify high-value opportunities, and develop strategic plans to grow our market presence.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs and presenting solutions that highlight our brand's value.
- Analytical insight: use data and account strategies to understand customer needs and drive sales initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in laparoscopic devices.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and partnerships with customers.
- Excellent product knowledge and a keen interest or experience in clinical procedures.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in sales tools to effectively manage and track progress.
